Hartley Racon is an American writing instrument company that is involved with the manufacture of ballpoint pens, ballpoint pen refills and ballpoint pen tips.  Known collectively as Hartley Racon, the company is a 1988 merger of Racon Mfg. Company, established in 1952, and The Hartley Company, established in 1947.  Hartley Racon is continuing to provide high quality products, at competitive prices to the writing instrument industry.
